Frozen Yogurt and Blackberry Mousse Recipe

Total time: 50 minutes + freeze

Ingredients (4-6 people):
  • 3 yogurts
  • 200 ml of cream
  • 3 egg whites
  • 60 g of sugar
  • 8 g of gelatin
  • 150 g of blackberries
  • chocolate coverage
  • mint leaves
Preparation of the recipe Frozen yogurt mousse and blackberries:

Distribute the mixture in containers and place them in the freezer for a couple of hoursAfter this time remove them from the freezer, grate over a little chocolate and decorate with a few mint leaves.
Advice:
In the case of today, we have frozen the mixture, but it could be taken perfectly without freezing.
